Tweaked my back last week, not sure what's going on with that. It keeps happening. It's amazing how careful I must be to not be injured! Anyway, tried to catch up today, a little, doing 14 instead of 11. Luckily I had fudged the miles upwards before the injury, so I only ended up a few miles short this week. I always run with the treadmill at 1% now; new muscles, especially calves are getting sore. But I feel it is a more honest effort, since I often can't be outside....I am back in Spokane, wishing I was in Gilbert, or Houston.
