Qualified for Boston my first marathon, just ran third.  I am at heart an 800 meter runner who dreams of speed.

I meant to run 15 today over the course of two workouts, but only made it 14.1. Still that's good and I'm on track for the week...I'm planning to be short on time for the end of the week. 

Should I be wearing a heart monitor? I never have. I guess I don't want to know. 

It was a stressful day; running helped a lot.

Tough day, tired from yesterday, medication issues. I walked while watching Matlock and then ran the commercials. Oh well, I'm still at 20 for the week already.

Treadmill, 10.1 miles, interrupted for 15 minutes to get last son off to school. I was tired but not bad at all. Just really bored with the treadmill and excited to get outside this weekend. I am past 30 miles for this week already!
