Yes, I actually weighed myself. Today was a bust; I got on the treadmill and tried to run more correctly (my left heel has been heading in, making me slightly pigeon toed on only one side). So....I was being really good. But tight. I stopped to stretch and ZOWIE. right lower flank pain in my back, which is threatening to get worse if I so much as breathe wrong. I guess there are good days and bad days. I stretched and walked the rest of the hour. Hopefully a good nights sleep and back will be better, not worse.
