gym, low motivation. Should mix it up, maybe do some weights, core stuff, etc. I know. I'm bad at that. Hopefully it's just that all my mental energy is towards studying so none left for running? Less than two weeks to go, no matter what.
I just have to say I ran. It wasn't much, but it was glorious, didn't hurt and I wasn't that horrible heart tired. My heart did great. I haven't felt that good on a run since months before Boston last year. I know I haven't been running, so we will see. But I'm taking advice and pushing on through. Only one more week to go on the studying binge, then I can focus on running as my hobby thing again for a few months. Heck who am I kidding? Running a hobby??!?!
