Yes, they were all fast. 7.3 in an hour on the treadmill. I was going to finish slow but had to stop to take son to school who missed the bus. Never got back on. But I intend to finish tonight...I always have a hard time doing two a days but I think that will be the trick to help lose weight, since I can't find the discipline to slow down. I either don't run or I run too fast...or slow is as fast as I can when I'm having heart issues. Looking for a coach for between now and Boston. I think I have one....but he wants to marry me in Vegas. (I met him in St. George).  Hmmmm. He's good though with a great reputation (coaching reputation). As long as I can keep it an online coaching relationship we should be fine. Right???

 I feel great today!

I added my other 6.7 on. I got back, wanting to finish my 10, and just kept going. A rare great running day for me. Either my treadmill is massively cheating and making me look good or I had a good day.

Good to see you back in the saddle. You ran fast today.
