So I basically caught up today. If I run 6 tomorrow, I will have 50 for the week. Somehow I am getting out of shape though. And two-a-days are gone bye-bye...yup. Being in Arizona is keeping me a lot busier than I thought. And my fam is coming tonight so I won't want to leave them to run tomorrow, maybe I will get up early to study.

I am so sore! And I realized my comfort level is about 10:34 miles. Although I haven't figured out how to get the heart monitor to work with the Garmin yet. I think I need a software reinstall.

Oh, I did run one hundred yards pretty fast...it was this dog....

Good run, my goodness! Did you get into the Texas Marathon yet or do you have any idea if you will get in? I'm thinking you might be pretty close to your 3:33:33.
