Like my mile accuracy? I want to get every point in; I worked hard for them. Went to gym with little brother and found out what a "runner treadmill" looks like. You don't slip on them! Tired and slow but hey, I've ran every day this week so far. Oh, and Mark....I did check my heart rate at the end and it was like 131 and heading down. I am wondering if I have some block....I don't think it ever goes very high even though I feel very tired.

Great job on the run. I would keep track of every point that you get for sure.:) Or I just try to always end it on a full mile. Like today we ran another .17 to make sure I got 4 miles in. LOL

Hey E, nice weekday run and way to keep it up. You should definitely keep track of every little bit. It adds up after a while and if you ran 'em you should write 'em down. Were you still running when you checked your heart rate? Mine falls off immediately as soon as I stop or even slow down.
