I have a lot of hip pain this morning. I don't want to end up like my little sister with a stress fracture and an orthopod telling her no more marathons so I walked or jogged the last 3 miles. Hurting.

I think I have a coach. Beyondperformance.org. I talked to him on the phone this morning; I had met him earlier at the StG marathon. I think he can get me to 3:45 or 3:40 for Boston and then 3:33:33 for late summer. That's what I am hoping for, shooting for. It's been a great week; my hopes are high. I haven't been outside yet though....that will be truth time. Tuesday it gets up over 30 degrees so I will go outside that day.

Man, that doesn't sound good about your hip, be careful. Probably nothing, at least if you respect it properly. Good to see you are at least looking out the window. I am going to Omaha next week, do you think I should run when it is 7 degrees outside?
