10 slow, 2 slower, 2 very slow (walked). Heart problems again. This whole ten miles a day thing may be a bust...other priorities. I will do the best I can though, putting it in NOT first place on de ole Priority List.

E, good run. Just be careful about doing too many miles too fast. What is the doc saying about your heart issues? It sounds a little worrisome but I don't know anything. Eric might have some ideas if you haven't already talked to him.
