K, the fast miles weren't fast, but they felt it. I went to the gym and used their treadmill; it doesn't cheat like mine. It was my "key run", and boy was it hard doing on holiday diet, holiday virus, holiday stress, and holiday sleep.Very tough workout for me. If I had to run a marathon today I would walk 15 miles of it, very slowly. Hopefully my other key runs will be much easier. There is something to be said for running hard when you don't feel like it though. It's easy to do a great workout when I feel like it, but who's to say I'm going to have a good day come race time?
